The big boss offered to buy our department 2 drinks at the company party tonight. It’s settled: at least 2 Long Island ice teas for me. Woo hoo! In addition I might be getting a $250 bonus soon once I finish this lengthy project. Bloob.

The weekend is here. Banana Republic Outlet, here I come!!!!!!

My hair now has red highlights. Tis nice, but Manic Panic has this tendency to drip out of my hair for a day afterwards. It’s quite annoying, but I suppose it’s worth it in the end. I also did my nails last night. I’m just in this weird jumpy mood. Perhaps it was from the Korean food last night.

I can’t get laid cuz everyone is dead. Hey! Hylozoic directions. She’s talking blur streaks everywhere.

Yes, I’m still in my Sonic Youth afterglow. I actually saw my roommate last night in the flesh. That’s quite amazing, sort of. Eh.

Sometimes the simplest things in life make one happy. For instance, last night it was going to the New China and attacking the buffet. This morning it’s eating a fruit cup at work with my coffee. Mmmm…. It looks to be a good day. (Who the fuck am I kidding?)

An exquisite concert! Schizophrenia/Burning Spear/Free City Rhymes/Renegade Princess/Bull in the Heather/Teenage Riot/Nevermind (What Was It Anyway?)/NYC Ghosts and Flowers [there was some more shit from the new album which I know but I forget the title and the order. Oops.] Encore: Lightning/Brother James. I was looking forward to 100%, but that’s all right. I also thought when they were doing the intro to BJ that it was going to be Death Valley 69. Wait. I think there was a song from 1000 Leaves in the main set.

In the background, they had a voyeuristic camera shooting people crossing the street in NYC, the subway, etc. So much to say. Let’s just say that even though they’re older, they still know how to tear shit up.

Now I have to figure out how to create an aging report for our payables. I have two books of Access 97 on my desk, so hopefully I can create something pretty with it. Hopefully….

Tonight, for one night only:

SONIC YOUTH, live at the lovely Wilshire Theater in Beverly Hills with old-school indie rockers Saccarine Trust opening.

It’ll be fun. It’s been over a year since my last concert (which was Fugazi. They made me feel old). I’ve been longing to see Sonic Youth for a while, so we’ll see how it goes. Nonetheless it’ll be an excuse for me to leave work early. Hehehehe.

Tonight is party night. So time for me to shower and spend more than a minute on my hair. Maybe I’ll get laid.

It’s days like this when I love living in California. It’s nice, warm, sunny and no allergies. Perfect for going out, bad for work.

A Satanik Poem

Look up into the sky
See the almighty Cock
Then smile with happiness.

There. It’s fucking pretty. (I swear too much. I suppose that’s one of my shortcomings. Oh well.)

Vodka and punch is yummy. The vodka is almost untastable, and it just goes down your gullet nice and smooth. Me likes.

Last night was the first time I saw the show “Will and Grace”. I do admit that it’s a funny show. Sometimes you miss a lot when you don’t own a television. Fuck.

Fuck work. That’s all that needs to be said. Fuck.

KOTOPITA
Chicken marinated in red sauce with onions and parsley, cheese in a filo dough. Served with a green lettuce salad. All for only $3.00.

The word of the week:VERNACULAR. (Remember, whenever you hear the word, scream real loud.)

I got a name plaque today at work. How stupid. Don’t they know I’m leaving soon?

No need to look back anymore. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck F u c K. I knew that this was going to be a hell week at work. That’s why I’ve been faxing my resume all day. Plus, I have an interview on Wednesday at software.com, so things are looking up.

Perhaps I’ll just get a nice sleep tonight after I have Korean food. I’m already salivating at the thought of it.

It was the interminable weekend. A bunch of hormone-ridden people who don’t know what to do about it. It only leads to one thing: DRAMA. In an effort to avoid dealing with such sins (drama, that is), I decided playing guitar alongside of Sonic Youth’s Dirty was a good idea. True, my guitar was in EEEEBE tuning, but it still sounded cool. I like Sonic Youth a lot. (Damn I feel old).

However it is back to work. I’ve been complaining about wanting a cheese platter for weeks. Finally, I am successful!!!! So I’ll be stuffing my face with havarti, gouda and brie with crackers. Mmmmm.

It seems to be a good week—————:::>.
