I went on a spending spree last weekend and ended up buying bunches of CDs. The Screws – “Shake the Money” The Locust – s/t Jawbox – I forget the title, but it’s the old one with “Tongues” on it. Joy Division – “heartandsoul” boxed set V/A – “Plea for Peace…” Comp. Babes in Toyland – “Minneapolism” And yesterday I bought the new Radiohead live CD. I have funny music to entertain me now. Payday is tomorrow, so I will be lurking for more CDs. I want to get the new Lightning Strikes CD. They sound like fun. And I need books. Books are good. Books are my friend. I also haven’t been to a show in ages. Must pick up LA Weekly tomorrow.
