Holy Shit. It looks like Elliott Smith has passed away. It seems like it was a suicide, but I’m not entirely sure. I never was a big fan of his solo stuff as most of you probably know. However secretly I loved his guitar work. It had a delicate quality to it that was absolutely beautiful. I guess since I’m a horrible guitar player, I envy those who can make lovely melodies come out of the instrument in an effortless manner.
Yes. I will miss Elliott Smith. RIP

I just saw Kill Bill tonight. I was surprised by how good it was. Quentin Tarentino has this knack of getting away with doing everything you’re not supposed to do in a movie. Amazing I tell you.
That’s it. I’m going to get sushi tomorrow at this restaurant by my house. It’s a pretty decent place. Um…. yeah!
Holy shit! Dub Narcotic Sound Systems got into a car accident on Wednesday morning in Montana. The good thing is that they’re all right. The bad thing is Calvin Johnson’s (Beat Happening and K Records founder-extraordinaire) and Heather Dunn’s (The Raincoats) injuries required hospitalization. You can go here to help. (I know. I’m slow with news like this.)
