I watched football all day. That’s it. Nothing more than that. FOOTBALL! And my Bears won, and the Raider lost meaning my $50 bet is still intact.

Ah the pain of being a Dodger’s fan. From the high of seeing them take a 5-4 lead, to the lowest of lows when they lose the elimination game 9-5. It was nice to be at Dodger Stadium for some playoff baseball. If we make it again next year, you bet your sweet ass I’ll be there. I went to dinner with Madd and her mom afterwards. All in all a very nice day despite the loss.

I went down to San Pedro to my aunt’s house for Korean Thanksgiving. Talked with the family and left early. Sometimes it’s nice to get a small dose of the family. But too much can be a very bad thing, no?

It’s starting to get fucking cold. I had to turn on the heater last night at like 7. Brrrrrr! I started playing around with podcasting, so I think I will do a weekly thing. Just because I miss being on the radio playing music and talking incessantly to an audience of 4. So it will be about the same thing.

Since the first game of NLDS Dodgers/Mets series started at 1pm here, my department took over the kitchen to watch the game. The running error by Kent and Drew that led to the weirdest doubleplay in playoff history sent me in a rage. The fact that Little put in Brad Penny (a starting pitcher) to come in relief in the 7th inning pissed me off (he gave up two runs and two walks). We should have won, but because of stupid mistakes we lost 6-5. They’ll do better today I think. I hope. Ugh. I’m still disgusted by the game.

Last night I arduously did my laundry.

I ended up going to a nail shop out in Westwood that my mom was thinking of buying. I talked her out of it in the end. But at least I got a pedi. It’s about damned time. I also bought more memory for my computer going from 256MB to 1GB of RAM. Sexy. I made my explosive burritos using ground chicken. Goddamn that was yummy. And I watched my Bears completely whoop on Seattle. That and seeing the Dodgers go to the playoffs, it’s been a good day.

I woke up real late and got brunch at Eat Well with evildork, lotusblossom, angiewarhol and her man Carter. After angiewarhol and Carter went on their way, the rest of us went shopping. To send lotusblossom off to Fiji, we had dinner at Picanha. Yes. All-you-can-eat Brazilian BBQ. Mmmmmm.

evildork and I had to save lotusblossom from her drunken self. After coercing her to stick her finger down her throat, we went to Zono in Burbank for Jappy food and to watch the Dodger’s game. We ended up seeing Chyna there. Yes. The 5-inch clit former WWE wrestler on the Surreal Life Chyna. She’s much shorter and more annoying than I thought she was going to be.
