I just sat at home, made some dinner, cursed iTunes for skipping and slept.

I went over to lotusblossom‘s for her chili test-run. We all made suggestions and all, but it tasted real yummy. Ooooh. And I bought tix to the Islands next month. So excited!

After work I went over to urbanemonkey‘s place wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy over in the Westside for a Project Runway finale viewing party. It was tons of fun, and she made tons of yummy munchies that I couldn’t stop grazing on all night. Yum! We eventually had hot apple cider to toast the winner of PR which was nice. Yeah we’re dorks but at least we don’t watch Lost. 😛

I woke up late for work so I decided to call in sick. It was a nice leisurely day involving going to the gym, doing some laundry and watching some tv. Ooooh! And angiewarhol and I went to Ladytron and CSS at the John Anson Ford Theater. It was sooooooooooooooooooooo good!

I had to take Squee to the vet after I got home from the gym to get him dewormed. Again. I’ll probably have to do it again in a few months knowing that he loves eating puke and other ikky bits. I guess kittens have no taste buds? After work I watched one of the biggest collapses in football history as my Bears come back from a 20-point deficit to beat the Cardinals. The most amazing part of this was that the Bears didn’t do this on offense. Nope.

I cleaned, installed a new hard drive, finished my podcast, and did all sorts of lovely nothing without leaving my house at all. Woo hoo!

What a long day! I worked on my podcast, went to the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion with lotusblossom to see the hokiest wannabe-opera-musical about Sergio Mendez, went to Target/BestBuy/GreatIndoors, bought a hard drive, had paella and chocolate souffle that angiewarhol and her man made. Yum yum! By the time I got home it was 1 am.

(I really need to start posting on the weekends huh? I just forget when I’m at home!)

I had a headache all day. When I got home I took a long nap and it went away! Afterwards I went to Daikokuya with lotusblossom and saltysea. Yum yum yum on a rainy night!

As I was prepping my drunken pork chops last night I sliced my finger while chopping an onion. Since we don’t have any bandages in the house I had to make do with a paper towel and tape. Very ghetto, but what can you do? I wasn’t about to have my meal filled with my blood. That’s very… GOTH!

I ended up getting gelato with lotusblossom and saltysea last night. It was nice to catch up with them. I watched Project Runway and the fallout of the Cory Lidle plane crash in NY.
