Day Off

That’s a little lie. I did go into work this morning. But they kicked me out for being sick. I guess I’m a workaholic of sorts. I am feeling better today. After sleeping most of last night, I’m not achy or coughy or sneezy. I’m just a little stuffy. No biggy. I am very determined to make it to see Xiu Xiu tonight. They are one of my favorite bands out there now, and it would be really disappointing to miss their show because of rain. The last time I saw them at The Smell, it was sweltering and miserable. They were riddled with technical problems, but somehow managed to put on a good show. THIS IS THE WORST VACATION EVER! I’M GOING TO CUT OPEN YOUR FOREHEAD WITH A ROOFING SHINGLE! OH!
