Christians, Zombies, Vampires!!!

Big big thanks to travvvv and saltyseas last night for helping me cope through the insanity last night. Every evening, I drive 26 miles to get home. Since I drive straight through Downtown LA, I invariably hit traffic. About a quarter of the way, traffic started to slow considerably. I attributed it to an accident since it was too early for this bumper to bumper stuff. So I’m listening to Coil’s Scatology and shaking my booty when I see a car with a Billy Graham bumper sticker. Since I know he’s coming to town soon, I just dismiss it. About a minute later I see another car with 5 Billy Graham stickers. Slowly I come to the realization: HOLY SHIT, tonight is his first night @ the Rose Bowl! To make a long story short, I started calling people on my cell phone. travvvv was the first one to actually pick up. We had never talked in real life, so I must have made a great first impression in the midst of my breakdown. Too bad his phone died. 🙁 Then I talked to saltyseas, made it home, peed, got underneath my covers and stayed in bed all night. Ugh. I’m still trying to recover from that insanity. Perhaps it’s a bad idea to come to work today since I’m still a bit ragged, but oh well.
