Je vous déteste.

I’m updating about as frequently as Bush saying something intelligent. It’s been a tough week. I’ve had to fit five days worth of work into four which meant that I had to work long hours. Fortunately it wasn’t too stressful – just too much work to be done. Compound that with my cubicle-mate exit from the company on Wednesday and our payroll manager putting in her two weeks on Tuesday just makes for a chaotic environment. *sighs* I completely wish that it was me leaving. Unfortunately I haven’t had time to do any job hunting. I’ll start it again next week. Hopefully soon I can be one of the happy ones planning my escape from this place. Also some of my friends have been going through some tough times. I really hope they get through this rough patch unscathed. I feel really terrible when I see my friends hurting. (Now if this paragraph gets out to the world, I will kill all of you. Oh. Well perhaps I should put it here. Whatever. I’ll still kill you!) I don’t really have any plans this weekend that doesn’t involve watching tons of football and tennis. After yesterday’s brilliant season-opening game between the Patriots and the Colts, the season looks promising. Usually I would try to guess which teams will make it to the playoffs, but I’m not even bothering this year. It’s going to be wrong anyhow.
