Weekend Update

I had a lovely weekend with saltyseas and lotusblossum. They were housesitting at this lovely house in the hills of Echo Park. It is an absolutely gorgeous house that is just hard to describe in words. If I ever become yuppie scum and no one shoots me, I would live in a place like that. It was a pretty low key weekend. After going to see Xiu Xiu by myself, Friday night was just hanging out talking and watching the Olympics. Saturday night we watched Sid & Nancy and Hedwig and the Angry Inch. So nothing nearly as explosive as it could have been. I have no idea what I will be doing this coming 3-day weekend. Any ideas? Edit: Saturday night I want to see the Get Hustle @ the Smell.
