LA City Counil Bans Everything!

Unruh Institute of Politics at USC, suggested that maybe some council members have “too much time on their hands.” “They ought to be able to find something better to do, like how to get a budget in Sacramento,” he said. “Financing the city of Los Angeles is as important to the quality of life as silly string.”

I guess fun is just another terrorist activity waiting to happen.
