Last night, Madd gave me some creative criticism on a story I’m working on. I’m glad that I can write something that is focused and leads to a point B as opposed to my usual meandering blatherings that I am prone to write. Now I’m reinvigorated to get this story done and see what happens. Lately I’m been feeling different. Usually I get really psychotic around my birthday, but this year is different. There’s a sense of calm about it which surprises me. I’m not doing the whole “I’M GETTING OLD” mantra or anything. I like this. Instead of doing work, I’ve been researching the college teams for the NCAA Basketball tournament this morning. So far, I really like UConn to win.
