I’ve been reading gossip blogs like nothing else lately. I feel like a high-tech midwestern overweight slob of a mom wearing a muumuu and tugging along seven children while smoking Marlboro Lights 100s and wearing curlers! But goddamn I’m cute that way!
I’m listening to Unwound non-stop lately. Right now, it’s New Plastic Ideas. I really do need to let this pass like a kidney stone.
I haven’t played backgammon in ages. I miss being at Java and playing backgammon with vanillaspice, stacichikami and Meesch like we were old smelly Greek men. All we needed were cigars and Turkish coffee. Blech.
I drink too much coffee. I don’t know why I do it. I am forcing myself to only have 2 cups of coffee in the morning. Trust me, it will be a struggle. (I can hear my body cry at the sound of that.)
