Spooky!

I got around to the Annie Liebovitz show at the Pacific Design Center with my_bootay. It is sponsored by American Express, so the descriptions accompanying each photo included the person’s American Express card. That made me feel really dirty. Go figure. However, it was the first time I’ve stepped foot in PDC, and I must say I’m impressed. The PDC is a giant building in the middle of West Hollywood where different designers set up shop in assorted showrooms. Think of a mall for designers. While looking at it from the outside is impressive enough, the interior is just as splendid. I also saw Monster. Actually I wanted my_bootay to see Dreamers since I didn’t feel prepared to watch something intense. But we settled on Monster which was a great movie. It is just about as intense and disturbing as Requiem for a Dream (although RfaD takes the cake hands down). I can see why Charlize Theron is getting all of this acclaim for the role. She did an excellent job in it. Um that’s it. The rain is sort of driving me crazy, but I guess I’m crazy to begin with, right?
