Random Morning Headlines

  • It looks like John Ashcroft is a nuisance to the people he is trying to help.
  • I really like Boondocks.
  • Dodgers hire new General Manager Paul DePodesta. I’m not a huge baseball fan, but I know the Dodgers are rich with tradition. It seems all of that went out of the door when Fox bought out the Dodgers. I was highly skeptical of Frank McCourt (as was everyone here in LA), so I don’t know what to think of this.
  • This is further proof the Cash family are wonderful people and know the value of art. They’re refusing to let a hemorrhoid-medicine company to use “Ring of Fire” for their ad campaign. Although it is funny, it would be completely wrong. Yeah! Stick it to the man!
  • Politicians really need to understand that when talking about the economy, they need to address their audience. While Bush is telling factory workers that the economy is looking optimistic, he left out the part about it looking optimistic for the richest 1%. But I guess that doesn’t buy votes, eh? That’s all right. Bush is used to lying to people to get what he wants. Ok. That’s it. This is making me look like I don’t do any work, whereas I’ve had a rather productive morning at work taking care of annoying problems.
