One of the hazards of subscribing to Cooks Illustrated magazine is that I want to make everything in there. I don’t know if I have the heart, but I think I might make the Beef Stew Provencal Style. If not that, I’ll just make my potato ratatouille with steamed couscous. Blah.
So that’s going to be the “centerpiece” of the party aside from the records. That reminds me. Once I get out of here at work, I need to head over to Amoeba Records and ransack the 7″s. Mwahahahha.
